BRIC Building Code Plus-Up Funding Webinar

Dear Hazard Mitigation Partners,

The Cal OES Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Team in partnership with the International Code Council (ICC) will be presenting a webinar titled, BRIC Building Code Plus-Up Funding Opportunity. The webinar will assist subapplicants to begin the planning process for submitting a successful building code Notice of Interest (NOI) to Cal OES. The adoption and enforcement of building codes, specifications, and/or standards is an important mitigation activity that provides significant resilience benefits. Building code activities are eligible for funding under the BRIC State Allocation. Last year,  FEMA selected 129 subapplications totaling $55.7 million.
